Hi John,

Last year was indeed a tough year, but I survived it, which made me proud of myself. At the same time, I learned that something I felt might be a passion of mine really isn't, and that's somewhat depressing, but at least I learned it.

At this point I can't say I have any real passion towards anything, and that's kind of insane. I figure I'll have to think some more on it when I feel I can take the time to do such a thing. It might be coming up within a month or so; we'll see.

Good afternoon, Ms. Liz.

Welcome to our discussions.

I agree with you. Sometimes it really takes courage to make the jump from something that is (or once was) good for you in order to do something that may turn out even better.

By the way, that's good advice you give in your last blog post about getting to know your affiliate manager.

Act on your dream!

It takes courage to go off and do the thing you love the most and you'll probably get a fair amount of criticism. But if you can do what you love I firmly think the money will come.

Good morning, Joan.

I agree with your attitude!

When things don't work like they used to, we do have to be more creative and try new things.

You just never know when something will work really well.

All the best,

Good morning, Brian.

I'm happy that things seem to be going better, too.

I'm looking forward to this decade being better for all of us, but we still have some climbing to do before we get out of the pit many of us fell into last year.

All the best,

Yes yes and yes! The only way for us to get out of this recession is for us to think out of the box, make some lemonade, create something new, do things a new way! It's an exciting time, really.

Very inspirational post John, I'm glad to see things are looking brighter for you. I think the second decade of the century is going to be great for a lot of us.
