Starting to feel human again
For the first time in about a month, I’m feeling better.
This has been the worst spring allergy season I’ve experienced in years. I don’t really know why. Maybe it was just the combined effects of the allergies and the other things I’ve been going through.
This morning, I woke up (late) and realized I could think clearly, again. For the last several weeks, most of what I’ve managed to do was manage my essential email, watch some TV, and take naps.
I don’t know about you, but I find it exceedingly difficult to be creative and to write well when my head hurts and my mind feels like it’s smothered in cobwebs.
So, I’m back and I’m ready to get back to work.
Act on your dream!

Dude, you’re getting older, which means you’re becoming more susceptible to odd stuff. I can’t handle cut grass now, though I’m wondering if I ever could. But I find that I come into contact with stuff that makes me itch that I never had happen to be before.
Tough getting older; I hope you’re really feeling much better now. I need more of your wonderful comments! lol

Welcome back my friend!
I think I went the other way; super duper bad allergies growing up – not much at all for years now as I remember it.

So glad you are feeling better, John! Sure have missed you!
Glad to hear your are “thinking clearly” again. lol! I depend on you!
Good afternoon, Mitch.
You’re right; I’m getting older and I feel every bit of it. I’ve burned the candle at both ends for too many decades.
Like you, I can’t handle cut grass any more. I like the smell from a distance, but when I’m close to it, I feel like I can’t breathe.
I’m definitely feeling better. I’m not even using my walking cane when walking around the house or out to the mail box. (That was unrelated to my allergies, I think.)
I’m trying to catch up on everything and I plan to visit your blog later today and see what you’ve been up to.

Good afternoon, Dennis.
It’s strange how these things work.
I don’t remember having allergies when I was a child, and I think it started when I was in high school.
I lived in Arizona for a few years in the early 1980s and didn’t have any allergy problems there, but I think I like living in the Appalachian mountains more than the desert, even if I have to contend with feeling bad for awhile in the spring and fall.
Thanks for the kind words.

Thank you for the kind words; I appreciate them.
I’m not thinking completely clearly, yet, but much better than I have for the last few weeks.
I depend upon you, too. I’m looking forward to catching up with you and seeing what you’ve been doing.
