		<description>OK, I&#039;m in.

Uh, wait a second, Sire. Do you realize how hard it is to type with my fingers crossed and my eyes closed really tightly? I guess I&#039;ll have to do that later, when I&#039;m offline! ;)

I&#039;ll keep wishing really hard.

Act on your dream!

<description>Well, maybe if we both keep our fingers crossed, close our eyes really tight and wish really hard, our wish will come true. ;)

		<description>Good morning, Sire.

Sometimes I think everyone with an Internet account is an SFI affiliate! ;)

I can understand how difficult it can be if you&#039;re an international affiliate. I&#039;m waiting to see how they&#039;re going to manage things like shipping and such.

One of my problems with SFI is that I&#039;m just not interested in most of their products. I can get better deals on domains, hosting, access, and other things in which I&#039;m interested from other companies and I can offer those to people as an affiliate. Yes, I earn a bit less, but I sell more than I do through SFI.

I&#039;m not a fan of MLM. I earn a lot more from my own efforts than I do from the folks in my downline.

SFI has also been frustrating for me with all the changes. I was building a good infrastructure to promote Nice Offers when they pulled the rug out from under me. I had to shut down a couple of sites, delete a bunch of Squidoo lenses, and kill a blog that was starting to pick up.

I&#039;m just not sure that I&#039;m willing to put out all that effort again.

I&#039;ll have to see some results and increased profits before I really start marketing SFI, again.

All that said, however, I am also interested in seeing the store, the new affiliate system, changes in the compensation plan, and much more emphasis on helping international affiliates earn more.

And, even during the first half of the year, when I&#039;m keeping SFI on probation, I&#039;m going to increase my marketing efforts over what I&#039;ve done lately.

I believe Gery is sincerely trying to build the business and help affiliates become more profitable. Hopefully SFI version 3.0 will be the one that gains traction and takes off.

Act on your dream!

<description>I think I mentioned once before that I am an SFI Affiliate and that I found it hard going but only because I am based in Australia. I am actually looking forward to 2009 as I hear they are going to place a bit more emphasis on foreign affiliates. It will be most interesting to see what the coming year will bring.
