<description>I was (partially) kidding, yes. The last time I asked an affiliate that question, it was only 30 pages. LOL!

Step 1: Buy printer.
Step 2: Restock Dunkin Donuts coffee.

		<description>Good evening, Dennis.

&quot;56 page newsletters from 5pillars&quot;

:)

Ken, like me, is not known for his brevity.

Honestly, unlike many people, I don&#039;t mind his long messages. I&#039;ve learned that when I follow most of his advice I make more money.

So, when the 5 Pillar newsletter/email/whatever you want to call it arrives, I print it, pour a refreshing beverage, find a very comfortable chair, break out a highlighter and a pen, and start reading.

By the end of the message, I&#039;ve highlighted much of it and written copious notes in the margins.

I come away with an action plan and several items to add to my to-do list after almost every newsletter.

Sometimes it is just for promoting SBI and any new developments that Ken informs us about. Sometimes it is an idea for a way to promote and/or improve one of my sites.

I&#039;ve rarely read one and came away with nothing to do.

I think you&#039;ll find that much of the information is repeated every issue. That&#039;s for the benefit of new affiliates, and those of us who have been an affiliate for awhile can just skim those sections to see if anything has changed.

I know you&#039;re at least partly kidding and I know those newsletters can be long, but I&#039;ve found that spending time with them is one of the best things I can do for my business.

I have a stack of them, not all of them, that I periodically review to make sure I implemented what I learned. Quite often that sparks more action lists because of things that have transpired in the interim.

I&#039;m going to stop here. I don&#039;t want to challenge Ken Evoy&#039;s record for long messages! ;)

Act on your dream!

<description>Well damn, I guess that answers my question. LOL

I&#039;ve been meaning to get to it for so long that I&#039;m hoping 2009 is the year as I get more into affiliate stuff.

I have another friend who keeps bugging me some...she recently scored a consulting gig with them also.

		<description>Good evening, Dennis.

I&#039;ve been a Sitesell affiliate since back when they only sold Ken&#039;s ebooks, before he even developed Page Build It! for affiliates.

With the introduction of Site Build It!, my enthusiasm and interest continued to grow.

Right off hand, I don&#039;t know how long I&#039;ve had my SBI site, but it&#039;s doing well.

I spent several months (when I could find the time while caring for Mom) converting the design of my site and reprogramming the database program I use to create my large static sites.

It took some work to make the database work with both standard Linux-hosted sites and also with Site Build It!, but I think I have the bugs worked out.

I like using this database approach, because I have a complete website stored locally in the database, rendered into static HTML pages on my computer, and then uploaded to the site.

I rebuilt my &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ayearfromnow.com&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Act On Your Dream!&lt;/a&gt; site using my database program and that&#039;s going to give me some power to do things that were difficult using the sitebuilder included with SBI.

Now, I&#039;ve mapped out a much-expanded site and just have to find the time and energy to research and write the pages to build what I have on paper.

I&#039;m planning another SBI site that I hope to start by spring.

I&#039;ve considered taking advantage of the holiday sale, but I&#039;m covered up as it is right now.

On the affiliate marketing side, this is one of my most profitable income streams. Revenue is definitely growing over time, and those annual renewals bring in a growing residual income. That&#039;s one of the great things about life-time customers and a product that is so good that most customers renew every year.

Best of all, it&#039;s the only affiliate marketing program where I&#039;ve had customers email me and thank me for recommending SBI to them.

I&#039;m a huge fan of SBI and a very satisfied customer. My only complaint is that there aren&#039;t enough hours in the day to do all I want to with it.

;)

Act on your dream!

<description>This is an affiliate program I need to get on the stick with in the new year.

How long have you been with it? How are you doing overall?
